Justice

“You are only afraid if you are not in harmony with yourself.” ~ Hermann Hesse The Astrological correspondence for Justice is Libra, the scales. Libra constantly strives for harmony and balancing opposing influences. Important decisions can be indicated when this card shows up. On a mundane level, Justice addresses legal issues and contracts, as well as any form of partnership (not just romantic liaisons). With this card, there is always a need to bring the mind and heart into alignment. One cannot simply make a decision because it feels right or because it is logical – it has to both be within reason and resonate on a feeling level. Justice is also concerned with appearances, courtesy and correctness. How things appear on the outside should always be considered when this card shows up. It’s not always superficial to consider appearances if we bear in mind the ‘as without, so within’ axiom. As the Libran ruler is Venus, aesthetics take on greater importance and harmony/healing within can be brought about with the use of the Arts, music, colours and sweet scents. Karmic issues can be tied in with this card and especially together with The Moon, The Wheel or Judgment, you may find that your health problem harks back to a past life issue/situation. If that is the case, or you suspect it may be, you are always free to cut cords to the past and you can invoke Archangel Michael to help with this.
