The Star Tarot Card of the Day Sunday 8 May 2022

Tarot Card of the Day Sunday 8 May

“I am an optimist… I choose to be. There is a lot of darkness in our world, there is a lot of pain and you can choose to see that or you can choose to see the joy. If you try to respond positively to the world, you will spend your time better.”
―Tom Hiddleston

The Star

Nobody minds The Star coming out in a reading. It is literally always a good sign that there is a reason for hope and even optimism. This card stands in stark contrast to the civilised and organised emperor. The naked star doesn’t care about those things.

She only cares about adding more divine light to the earthly mix. And she does it because she herself is connected to Venus and the Pleiades. She is an archetype of the Divine Feminine and she is calling us back to a more natural way of being in harmony with the Universe.

As the theme of the day, The Star invites us all to take a broader view of life and look at how we are all interconnected… How we are, in fact, all one.

“The essence of optimism is that it takes no account of the present, but it is a source of inspiration, of vitality and hope where others have resigned; it enables a man to hold his head high, to claim the future for himself and not to abandon it to his enemy.”
―Dietrich Bonhoeffer

What To Do On A Star Day

Put your gadgets away and spend time in the woods or on the beach by the ocean. Do what is natural and what uplifts your spirit. Spend time in the company of good friends, in the sunshine or under the stars. Learn to feel connected to All That Is by unplugging from all gadgets and plugging back into the Source of your existence. Return to a sense of serenity that cannot fail to inspire greater hope and optimism for the future!
