Pick a Card 29 Oct - 4 Nov

Happy FriYay, my friends! Hope you are well and looking forward to the weekend. For the week ahead, pick-a-card messages today, I have chosen to work with the Spirit Keeper’s Tarot by Benebell Wen. There is also an Elder Futhark rune to go with each Tarot card, for more in-depth guidance about what we can expect this week.

For general guidance from Spirit, we turn to the Motherpeace Tarot.

Before making your rune and Tarot card selection above, you may wish to close your eyes for a minute and release any tension in your body on the exhalation. Breathe in what nourishes your body from Mother Earth and what nourishes your spirit from Father Sky. When you feel relaxed and replenished, simply open your eyes and trust your inner guidance… Or you can go to random.org and allow a digital randomiser to select for you. The beauty is that both methods work equally well because they both sidestep the separate self.

General Spirit Guidance for the Week Ahead

Pick a Card Oct 29 - 4 Nov General Guidance Motherpeace Tarot

The 7 of Wands (Mars in Leo) is a card that reminds us to stand our ground. Our values are changing in the wake of the most recent Full Moon and some people won’t like that. They may even try to convince you of the futility of your chosen new direction or venture.

How will you handle this resistance? Focus on your goal and shield yourself – Do not engage the naysayers and do not allow yourself to be swayed! You can trust your inner guidance and the creative fire that is burning in your belly now. Adjust your self-talk accordingly.

Call on Archangels Camael (Mars) and Michael (Leo) to assist you if you need a morale boost. Wear/carry Tiger’s Eye to protect your third chakra.

Affirmation: I speak my truth with clarity and courage.

Tarot & Rune Stone Week Ahead Messages Reveal

Pick a Card 29 Oct - 4 Nov Reveal

You chose Rune Stone & Tarot card combination number 1

Fehu with The Priestess is confirmation that you are aware that wisdom is your true treasure and that all abundance in your life flows from there. Your heart and mind are fertile with the riches of Spirit your fear of life’s difficult lessons is great lessened because of it.

This is a wonderful time to contemplate new beginnings and perhaps even a career shift that better aligns you with your soul’s calling, which is no doubt spiritual in nature. You are a guide to your people because you have navigated the underworld and brought back pearls of wisdom from there.

Be gentle with yourself this week. There is no need to rush ahead into said new beginnings. Allow yourself to be guided every step of the way and stay receptive to any messages from Spirit that emerge in dreamtime.

Be aware, that in spite of recent dramatic spiritual awakenings, you must still ‘chop wood and carry water’ – daily tasks which help you grounded and connected horizontally, so cherish them… Everything is becoming sacred. The inner light of the All is starting to reveal itself even in the most mundane things and chores.

Inguz  with The Hector / 5 of Swords shows a time to retreat in the face of opposition that is too fierce for you to face head on right now.

This is not about conflict avoidance in general, but rather a tactical move to retreat and gather strength before you can move forward again. A confrontation now would not lead to anything good, so you must sacrifice your lust for vengeance, instant success or proving that you are right.

When the time is right and you are strong enough, the resistance and opposition will simply melt away. This is all about picking your battles wisely and not allowing yourself to be baited. Sometimes standing your ground means having to retreat temporarily. Do not interpret this as if the opposition ultimately has the upper hand – If you are on the side of Love, you will win in the end.

Consider what needs to be sacrificed for the long-term Highest Good. Do not act rashly.

You chose Rune Stone & Tarot card combination number 3

Ehwaz with 2 of Cups shows trust issues in an existing relationship or the need to align with core values to stop attracting Mr/Ms wrong for those of you who are single and looking.

Ehwaz is a rune of relating, just as the 2 of Cups is a card of relating but Ehwaz is showing up reversed here, which brings more of the troubled aspects of relating and a lack of trust to the fore.

Ehwaz can refer to our trust in ourselves and life in general as well. Here, with the 2 of Cups, the focus is definitely on close relationships and could concern a close friendship as well as romance.

The advice is to take some time to realign and create a horizontal sense of trust with Spirit so that you have a firm sense of your core values and personal boundaries before you move forward again.

Believe someone the first time when they show you with their actions who they are. You are not obliged to place trust in those who do not keep their word.

Lisa
