Fate has a funny way of taking care of business. I thought we might never get to the bottom of what was happening with Doreen Virtue’s Weekly New Age column in Woman’s World… and then I bump into the none other than the editor in chief, Stephanie Sable, in a Tarot group on Facebook. Turns out Doreen Virtue is NOT in a legal battle with them, as much as she would like her Christian following to think she is…
Of course, I was very careful to take screenshots, as usual. These kind of conversations have a tendency to get deleted (and sure enough, that happened within minutes of Stephanie’s final comment). The truth is not comfortable…
ETA: Turns out Stephanie Saible blocked me and another person who had liked my comments which means that those of you who are members of Tarot Nerds should be able to find them easily enough if you would rather read them in the group.*** (see next day update at bottom of post)
As you can see Woman’s World and Doreen Virtue parted on friendly terms. Her continued New Age work for them was not forced – She did it by her own volition all these months when she was telling her Christian following she absolutely does not dabble in anything relating to the New Age any more. Obviously, the only reason she did all that kind of work was because she was possessed by a Python Demon (her words!).
I’m just going to share the screenshots in the order I took them and allow my discerning readers to make up their own mind. I’ve already blogged once today and need some time away from my computer screen after I have shared this… Enjoy!
ETA: Apparently there is a new feature, rolled out for US FB users only which allows them to hide/unhide posts. Though when asked how come posts that she supposedly ‘deleted’ reappeared, Stephanie Saible refused to answer and blocked me instead:
So yeah, I was wrong about her having blocked me she played dirty hide/unhide and called it ‘delete’ when it wasn’t + I didn’t know about this feature. She unhid the comments after I shared a link with this article and then decided to try to put me down in public. I guess she realised that it was too late to hide her big booboo and that discrediting me was the next best thing she could do. She seems like a perfect match for working at ‘Gastlighers R Us’ together with Doreen Virtue.
