Happy Friday, my friends! Hope your week has been going well and that you are looking forward to the weekend. It’s 1 March and those of us who are doing the 2019 Equinox Intermittent Fasting Challenge begin a new journey today – One that will hopefully see us a big step closer to complete wellness for mind, body and spirit in three weeks. If this sounds interesting please CLICK HERE; It’s FREE and it’s not too late to join!
For the week ahead messages today, we are working with the lovely Incidental Tarot deck by Holly DeFount. I have had this deck for a long time now and am rediscovering why I was so excited when it first came out – It’s a delight to read with!

Before scrolling past the general spirit guidance for the week ahead, please take a moment to release any tension. Close your eyes if that helps and take a couple of deep breaths, releasing any tension or worry on the exhale. Breathe in calm and relaxation. Then open your eyes and choose your card.
General guidance from Spirit this week is with the Oracle of the Unicorns.
The Freedom Paradox
“Through discipline comes freedom.”
The paradox of freedom is that true freedom is not possible without discipline and self-control. I’m in a Chariot year and discovering this for myself first-hand.
If I want the freedom of moving my body without aches and pains, I have to take control and eliminate poor eating choices and put in place a regular exercise schedule.
If I want the freedom of being able to feast, I also have to fast occasionally.
Which area of your life is currently making you feel too hemmed in? What steps are you taking to free yourself?
Week Ahead Messages Reveal
You Chose Card no. 1S
Awakening (trad. Judgement) is a sign that you are having some kind of break-through this week. You may realise that you need to change tracks completely to better align with your life purpose. Or you could have a sudden insight about where you need to live (a house move could be on the cards in the near future).
It’s more important than ever for you to have absolute clarity about your next steps because you are about to make a life-changing choice which means leaving the past behind completely. While it is not necessary to see the path or ever step you must take now with 100% clarity, you need to have some idea about which direction your choice is guiding you.
What is your True North? What is the purpose-filled passion that is guiding you now?
You Chose Card no. 2
The Builder is the Knight of Pentacles in a traditional Tarot deck. This is good news because it means you are already on the right track. This guy doesn’t mind hard work one little bit and out of this week’s three cards, this is the one that resonates the most strongly with the Aristotle quote above – The Builder knows that you won’t get anywhere without discipline and perseverance.
You may not make great strides this week but keep the self-talk positive and know that though you will not win instantly, you will win ultimately if you only persevere and keep chipping away at the tasks that bring you closer to fulfilling your short- and long-term goals.
If you are trying to lose weight, this card is a good indication that it is better to go by how motivated you feel to create long-term change than stepping on those scales every morning.
You Chose Card no. 3
You pulled The Grail (trad. The Star). This week you are experiencing a windfall of grace and clarity. You feel that you know your own heart and your heart is whispering clearly enough for you to have certainty (finally!) about how you can best serve the Divine and humanity.
You may also experience increased synchronicity and meetings that feel predestined. This is a great week for widening your social circle and start making meaningful connections.
Try to make sure that you stay grounded enough to translate the wonderful inspiration you feel now into practical action steps. Go for a walk, for instance, and allow the ideas fall into place. Grace guides this process too… if you let it!
