For thousands of years, angels have been revered as divine messengers—celestial intermediaries between heaven and earth, associated with light, order, and clarity. They represent the Divine Masculine in its transcendent form, serving Father God with grace, precision and illumination. But what if the Divine Feminine has her own emissaries? What if her messengers have been demonised, buried in myth, and misrepresented as monsters? Enter the dragons.

These ancient, serpentine beings are the emissaries of Holy Sophia. They dwell in the deep, wild, and sacred spaces of creation. Far from being monsters, they are elemental allies—keepers of wisdom, guardians of the womb, and protectors of the mystery.
I firmly believe that when Yeshua told us to be as wise as serpents, these are the beings he was referring to. Wisdom is an attribute of the divine feminine because only experience leads to wisdom. And we cannot gain experience without having form. Just as the angels illuminate the mind, the dragons shape form or matter/matrix.
Dragons and the Divine Feminine
Across cultures, dragons have often symbolised creation, power, and balance. In Chinese cosmology, dragons are honoured as wise, benevolent forces of nature, ruling over water and rain. The goddess Nüwa, depicted with a dragon’s body, is said to have created humanity and repaired the heavens. In Hindu Tantra, the coiled serpent energy—Kundalini Shakti—rests at the base of the spine, waiting to rise. This is dragon energy in its purest form: feminine, fierce, and transformative.
Western tradition tells a very different story. In the Bible’s Book of Revelation (a late inclusion in the canon), the dragon becomes the archetypal enemy—Satan in his most terrifying form. Tales like that of Saint George glorify the slaying of dragons, framing them as evil beasts standing in the way of righteousness. These stories didn’t emerge in a vacuum. They reflect a worldview that feared the wild, the feminine, and the embodied. Dragons, much like powerful women, became symbols of danger.
The serpent in Eden, once a symbol of wisdom and initiation, was cast as the deceiver. The dragon, once a guardian of sacred knowledge, became something to fear and conquer. But that narrative no longer holds. Not for those of us on the path of rewilding the Feminine.
Rewilding the Feminine with the Dragons
Reclaiming dragons means rewilding ourselves—our intuition, our cycles, our rage, our love. It means restoring what patriarchy banished: the sacred power of the Feminine in her full, unapologetic glory.
Each elemental dragon holds medicine for a different facet of that power:
- Earth Dragon helps you ground, connect with Gaia, and reclaim sovereignty.
- Water Dragon supports emotional healing, intuition, and flow.
- Fire Dragon ignites creative passion and burns away shame.
- Air Dragon clears the mental fog, bringing vision and truth.
- Cosmic Dragon holds star codes and ancestral memory, connecting you to the Sophia Womb of the Universe.
Working with these dragons isn’t just spiritual—it’s revolutionary. It’s a way to live the Divine Feminine, not just speak about her. It’s how we remember what religion tried to erase.

Final Thoughts
Dragons are not the enemy. They are the messengers of the Great Mother—keepers of wild knowing, protectors of the sacred dark, and allies for those ready to rise in their power.
Reclaiming dragon energy is not about fantasy or escape. It’s about embodiment. It’s about remembering what lives in your blood, bones, and breath. Angels might sing in the light, but dragons roar in the depths—and we need both.
Let the dragons speak again. Let your soul remember. And let your wild, powerful being rise.
