Hi, I’m Lisa — a metaphysical writer and mystic based in the UK since 2002. If you found your way here, you are probably, like me, less interested in being told what to think and more interested in learning how to see.
I grew up in Stockholm, Sweden, in the 1970s. My Sámi grandmother was a natural seer who would intuitively put the kettle on just before the arrival of unexpected visitors. At 15, I did my first Tarot reading for a friend with a cardboard cutout deck from a magazine. What I saw in the cards helped her find words for what she’d been carrying. That day taught me the heart of this work: truth, courage, compassion.
In my late teens, my path detoured through Evangelical Christianity. I still love Yeshua, but fearmongering dogma and I are not a match. Leaving the church around the time of my first Saturn return was only the start. Deconstruction is an ongoing journey, and I’m slowly learning to give labels a wide berth.
Now my practice is simple: the Tarot is my main tool for navigating the three realms. I also work with the runes for manifesting and soul alchemy. The angels are my constant companions, and the dragons pop in when they feel so inclined.
I created Angelorum as a place to remember your sovereignty, choose the next right step, and meet life with clarity. You’ll find spreads, teachings, rituals, and reflections from lived experience.
If you’re recovering from religious or other types of trauma and want a heart-centred, embodied practice, you’re in good company. Staff by the door, kettle on — shall we?
