I think that while we all probably agree that living from the heart takes courage, many of us are a bit muddled about what it actually means to live from the heart. While I don’t claim to have a definitive answer, I suspect it is about making every choice in life from a place of love instead of fear, as well as having the courage to follow our calling – whatever it may be, and whomever we need to oppose to do so.

Part of the problem is that doing the most loving thing/seeking the most compassionate solution can sometimes be really scary and can force us way out of our comfort zone. This is when we need a good dose of that Leo courage to combat the anxiety and worries of the mind.
