Dragon Path Oracle Cards Review and Deck Interview

Yay, I love that I get to review the Dragon Path Oracle Cards on the day of the New Moon in Cancer Solar Eclipse – SO timely!

If you know anything about me, you will know that I love, love, LOVE dragons. While I love my Tarot Draconis, it has been a great sadness to me that I had not found a dragon-themed oracle deck that I really clicked with. Until now.

I was randomly browsing decks on Amazon the other night when I came across the Dragon Path Oracle Cards by Caroline Mitchell, with art by Tiras Verey. It was actually the art on the front of the box that clenched it for me – I know those two dragons intimately! Finally someone who draws dragons the way I see them!

You’ll get a sense of how excited how I was to receive these cards if you watch my unboxing video below:

I fell asleep with the deck on my bedside table, asking the dragons to provide me with a message for the eclipse and this is what came:

‘As within, so without. All you have to concern yourself with now is allowing the light of the Divine to shine into the world and everything else in your life will turn into a reflection of Higher Truth.’

1. Describe yourself in one sentence.

DP: You may recognise my vibration in moments of supreme self-confidence.

2. How would your best friend describe you in three words?

DP: Older than time.

3. What gift do you bring?

DP: I can help you connect with your passion so that you can finally get on with the job you came here to do!

4. What do you expect in return?

DP: Acknowledge your shadow but don’t dwell in it. You will always have a shadow, as long as you are on earth and that is okay but your focus need to be on how to bring healing to any situation for yourself and for other living beings. Do more of the things you love and that put you in a creative flow, every single day. Laugh more. Stop taking yourself so seriously. You’re perfectly flawed, as is everybody else.

5. How can you help me serve?

DP: I can direct your studies. Trust any intuitive nudges you get with regards to what to study next. I will help you to keep expanding your mind.

6. Is there anything else you would like to tell me about yourself?

DP: Us dragons are often found working with people who are not neurotypical. It is exactly what neurotypical people consider a ‘flaw’ that allows us to connect effortlessly. We especially enjoy empowering those on more difficult missions.

Me: Thank you!

  1. Amazing that we see dragons the same way. I’ve always found it odd that people see them as fierce and unpleasant. They have so much compassion for us as ‘human doings’ as they call us; that term does make me chuckle.
It’s wonderful that our numbers are growing and we are able to connect and see the dragons with all their beauty and magnificence xx

YES! Compassion and wry sense of humour that I love! I really enjoy reading your musings about each of the dragons, Caroline and as someone who is not neurotypical, I especially love how included the piece on Crystal made me feel. Happy Eclipse! xx
