The Quantum Oracle*** by Sandra Anne Taylor, with artwork by Kinga Britschgi (Hay House) finally arrived yesterday. It had been on pre-order since this summer, when I discovered the writings of of Sandra Anna Taylor. The two books by Ms Taylor I enjoyed earlier this year are 28 Days to a More Magnetic Life and Quantum Success.
The connection between the latter and the Quantum Oracle is obvious and exceeds the shared name. This oracle will help you embody the lessons of the book, as well as act as an intuitive guide for everyday problem-solving and divination. Lessons in what? The Law of Attraction and how to use the latest knowledge about our quantum reality to your own advantage, which is also (no surprise) what serves the Highest Good of All.
As soon as the deck arrived I did the unboxing video you see below. There are seven suits with eight cards in six of the suits and five cards in the final suit titled ‘Cycle.’ The seven suits are:
- The Consciousness Suit
- The Energy Suit
- The Intention Suit
- The People Suit
- The Events Suit
- The Spirit Suit
- The Cycle Suit
The artwork is bright, beautifully executed and with just enough detail to provide accurate readings on a wide range of topics. The cards are intended to be mixed up so that reversals show up since reversed meanings are included for each of the cards. However, it’s up to you, the reader if you feel a need to read with reversals or not. After you have bought and paid for the cards, they are your tool to use to the best of your ability, as dictated by your own inner guidance.
Personally, I do not use reversals. I pointed this out in the comments section of my own video and got told off for it haha! That doesn’t mean that I frown on the reversed meanings in the guidebook. They are very good from what I can see. However, I use my inner guidance to dial in where on the spectrum of upright to reversed, the card falls in the moment.
So far, I’m in awe of how much information I can tap into from just a one-card reading with this deck. I took the Quantum Oracle for a spin with some test readings on my FB page last night and the feedback was very good indeed. I do feel that being familiar with Sandra’s books is probably helping me flesh the readings out. Moreover, I feel the guidance provided is truly helpful in terms of helping the Seeker move forward, which has always been my aim as a reader. It’s a very positive and life-affirming oracle to work with!
The card backs are absolutely gorgeous. The only thing I can think of that has room for improvement when it comes to the actual quality of the cards is the cardstock – It could do with being just a little bit thicker/sturdier in all honesty. I’m very happy that it’s a silky matte rather than glossy though!
The companion booklet has 198 pages and five different types of spreads are covered, as well as upright and reversed meanings for each of the cards. The suits are also described individually. I shall look forward to trying a couple of the spreads that are new to me.
The Quantum Oracle also combines beautifully with the Tarot. You can see an example of a daily draw that uses both HERE.
