Chevakiah’s Tarot de Marseille Triad

Chevakiah’s meditation mantra, Keh-Vah-Koh (כוק), corresponds with the Tarot de Marseille triad of Strength, The Lover and The Sun. The three Hebrew letters are Khaf, Vau and Qof.

I am using the Sephardic Kabbalah Tarot de Marseille system taught by Michel Perez Rizzi in The 72 Names of God. Rizzi associates this Name with sexual energy and the process by which physical desire can be purified and raised into a more conscious form of love.

However, this does not limit Chevakiah’s influence to sex or romantic relationships. Sexual energy is one expression of the life force that draws us towards connection, creativity and union. When it remains unconscious, it can become possessive or compulsive. When integrated with the heart and spirit, it becomes a source of intimacy, joy and genuine communion.

Khaf — XI Strength

Strength represents the instinctive life force. In the Tarot de Marseille, a woman places her hands on the jaws of a lion. She neither destroys the animal nor denies its nature. Instead, she meets its power consciously.

Use this five-card Tarot spread when a relationship has become strained, a family pattern keeps repeating or you need help finding the fairest way forward.

The spread does not assume that reconciliation must mean reunion. Instead, its purpose is to reveal the form of peace that best serves everyone concerned.
