She rules the second quinance of the third decan of Sagittarius, working alongside the angel Nanael, and serves as a guardian and guide for those born between 17 and 21 December. Nithael belongs to the Angelic Choir of Principalities and operates under the rulership of Archangel Anael in Netzach, the sphere of beauty, vitality, artistry, and enduring values.
While often associated with longevity and youthfulness, Nithael’s energy goes far deeper. She governs the graceful transmission of life force, the refinement of character over time, and the ability to remain inwardly fresh while carrying real responsibility in the world.

Nithael and the Tarot: The 10 of Wands (Saturn in Sagittarius)
Nithael’s Tarot correspondence, the 10 of Wands, reveals a deeper layer of her work. This card is often misunderstood as a symbol of burden alone, but under Nithael’s guardianship, it becomes a teaching about purposeful responsibility.
Saturn in Sagittarius asks us to commit to a vision that is larger than personal comfort. The weight we carry is not arbitrary; it is earned through growth, initiation, and choice. Nithael helps us carry the fire of Sagittarius without burning out, reminding us that responsibility does not have to extinguish vitality or joy.
Through her influence, the 10 of Wands becomes a card of mastery: knowing why you are carrying what you carry, and when it is time to lay something down because its work is complete.

This verse aligns the practitioner with Ma’at and the hidden structure that sustains life. When working with Nithael, it can be spoken aloud, written by hand, or contemplated as a statement of inner sovereignty and trust in divine timing.

I’m a little late replying to this post but I’ve had the “flu” for the last few days.
This is an angel I can utilize for sure. People pleasing was a big character flaw for me.
I have been getting better in that regard though.
Nithael is my new found friend. He/she is greatly needed in these chaotic times for sure.
I believe the angels are making themselves known to those of us who need stability in an everchanging world.
